Attention, c&rsquo;est coriace, il faut un bon couteau.<\/li>\n<li>Passer les morceaux sous l&rsquo;eau et les mettre \u00e0 cuire dans une casserole d&rsquo;eau l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sal\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Bien les \u00e9goutter avant l&rsquo;\u00e9tape suivante. V\u00e9rifier la cuisson avec la pointe d&rsquo;un couteau.<\/li>\n<li>Faire chauffer le cube de bouillon dans un grand verre d\u2019eau au micro-onde.<\/li>\n<li>Verser les morceaux dans la soupi\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li>Mixer au batteur plongeant en ajoutant les 20cl de cr\u00e8me all\u00e9g\u00e9e, puis ajouter le bouillon jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention de la consistance d\u00e9sir\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Assaisonner selon le go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Bon app\u00e9tit !!<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_medium\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Un brin d&rsquo;histoire:<\/h2>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le potimarron est originaire d\u2019Am\u00e9rique. On retrouve sa trace jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1200 av. J\u00e9sus Christ au P\u00e9rou. Il traverse l\u2019Atlantique et arrive en Europe gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Christophe Colomb, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9duit par sa capacit\u00e9 de conservation. Le potimarron a une saveur douce, un go\u00fbt de ch\u00e2taigne et une chair onctueuse.
